TASTING NOTES
Colourfully presented, it exhibits a deep golden hue in the glass. Rich but balanced perfumed nose with a lemony undercurrent which shows bright, bready, toasty notes. The palate is soft, creamy and loose; moderately dry and fresh with toasty depth to the fruit. Beautifully balanced, quite rich style, with good concentration, delicate acidity and a fine touch of minerality. The Pinot Noir gives Simpatico great power and body which blends beautifully with its creamy depth.
