WEBSITE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Under Australian law, you must be over 18 years of age to purchase wine from Chrismont. It is an offence to sell, supply or obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18.
Ordering securely online is the quickest and easiest method to purchase your Chrismont and LA ZONA wine selections. By entering your details into our secure form, we are able to process your transaction immediately and have your order shipped in the shortest time possible.

All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and is inclusive of GST.
We accept payment by Direct Deposit, Cheque or Visa and MasterCard via PayPal.
A tax invoice/receipt will be issued by email when your order has been processed.
Wines shipped as 12 bottle cartons, and six bottle cartons for La Zona Prosecco and the Riserva Range
When you make a transaction with Chrismont, all your personal information, including your credit card number, is encoded. This means that your credit card details cannot be read as they travel to our ordering system.
All content, logos, graphics and images on this website remain the property of Chrismont Wines Pty Ltd (ABN 61 004 512 074 / ACN 083 565 164) and are protected under international copyright law.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Chrismont’s preferred carrier is Australia Post. All wine orders can be delivered to any nominated address, including Post Office boxes when shipped via Australia Post. If the person accepting the delivery is out and there are no delivery instructions, Australia Post will leave a card in the post box directing you to collect your order at the local Post Office. Delivery to capital cities is within 5-7 working days. Other areas (including Tasmania and Northern Territory) may take up to 10 working
days. Occasionally, we find it necessary to use alternate couriers.
Email us with any inquiries regarding deliveries outside Australia.
Wine is available only while stocks last and may be subject to change. In the event that we have sold out prior to your transaction, we will contact you to arrange an alternative order or a refund.
All wine is packaged using durable cardboard boxes. A standard box holds 12 bottles.
If you don’t enjoy a Chrismont or LA ZONA wine, for any reason, we’ll refund you in full. It’s as simple as that. Contact us as soon as practicable and we will arrange your refund.
If your wine has been broken or damaged in transit, contact us immediately. Request return instructions from us via email or phone, and ensure that all original packaging is retained in case of the need to return.
Chrismont acknowledges and respects the privacy of individuals. We advise that any information given will be treated in accordance with the Privacy and Personal Information Act 1998, and will not be passed on to any third party outside of Chrismont. Details will be held on a database for the purpose of providing efficient customer service. There may be times where the information provided will be used to make contact for research and/or to provide specific product information. Individuals have the right of access to personal information in accordance with the Act.
