We're Hiring! Restaurant Front Of House positions now available (full-time and casual)

Opportunities now exists to join the Chrismont Restaurant front of house team where you’ll deliver customer experience in one of the Victoria’s great winery tourism destinations.

Applications are now invited for the positions of:

FRONT OF HOUSE: FULL-TIME

FRONT OF HOUSE: CASUAL

Both positions involve weekend work and your availability during the busy spring and summer months, school and festive holiday periods, regional festivals and long weekends.

Offering an immediate start, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Providing polished customer service and ensuring each guest feels welcome

• Maintaining a high level of presentation of the restaurant area

• Enhancing the Chrismont dining experience with your natural and attentive style of service

Successful applicants must also possess the following:

• Excellent communication skills and a bubbly personality

• Be well presented

• An enjoyment of food and wine

• Be customer orientated - always going above and beyond

• Be self-motivated with a strong initiative and work ethic

• An eye for housekeeping and presentation standards of our venue at all times

• Integrate with our dedicated team of professionals, including effective communication with management and kitchen staff

• Hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (RSA), or be willing to obtain one

• Drivers license and reliable transport
