A message of heartfelt thanks

We’d like to convey heartfelt thanks for the many messages of care we’ve received these past 12 days, and to provide an update with what’s happening at Chrismont.

As the safety of our visitors remains of high regard to us, our cellar door and restaurant will stay closed for the interim, with an update to follow later this week. Currently there remains a watch and act on the bushfires that have ravaged and devastated our Alpine communities.

Tomorrow (Monday) our office will reopen and we welcome any existing or future guesthouse and restaurant booking enquiries. If you’re craving a wine from our cellar door collection, the online store is open and we’d be happy to arrange delivery FOC to anywhere in Australia.

There are also many inspirational campaigns steering genuine care and cause towards helping the many VIC, NSW and SA regions, like our King Valley, to rebuild tourism. As a start, here’s a few that you may wish to follow and support: @roadtripforgood @spendwiththem @emptyesky

We continue to wish great safety to the overwhelming number of fire affected families and communities in VIC, NSW and SA, and we further extend our heartfelt thanks to the emergency services and wildlife carers who continue to give their all at this devastating time.
