IS THERE A JOINING FEE?
No. There is no joining fee to join the Chrismont Wine Club. Simply purchase the minimum commitment required for your club level to keep your membership active.
MY WINE CLUB COMMITMENT
Chrismont Wine Club - A minimum of one dozen wines in each of your two selected delivery seasons (totalling a minimum of two (2) dozen wines annually). Commitment selection delivery season choices:
Chrismont Premium Club - A minimum of one dozen wines in each seasonal quarter (totalling a minimum of four (4) dozen wines annually) and delivered in each season listed below:
WHAT WINES WILL I RECEIVE IN MY WINE CLUB PACK DELIVERIES?
You choose your own selection of wines, be it a straight 12 bottles of one variety or a mixed dozen. Each season we will release a list of wines for you to make your preferred delivery selection from. If a selection is not provided, Chrismont will choose for you, based on previous purchases by you. The delivery selection can be made through your online account, over the phone or by email.
WHERE CAN I FIND INFORMATION ON THE WINE VARIETALS AND TASTING NOTES?
You can find tasting notes, current vintage releases, exclusive wine club releases and any other relevant information in our online Wine Store at www.chrismont.com.au/Buy-Wine. Or simply submit a ‘Contact Us’ form online with your questions and we will get back in touch with you.
WHEN DO MY BENEFITS START?
Your benefits commence once your first dozen wines (or your first commitment case) has been purchased. This applies when joining at our Cellar Door or online. If you join online your first selection as chosen will be processed for delivery once your application has been received.
WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
Your credit card will only be debited in the despatch season allocated as part of your wine club membership. If joining the wine club online, your first selection will be processed and allocated to the closest season, once application received.
Notification will be made by email to you prior to any wine despatch, prompting you to make any updates required to your wine selection, delivery address and/or payment details.
We will also notify you of the approximate date we intend to process your credit card for delivery.
CAN I CANCEL OR PAUSE MY WINE CLUB MEMBERSHIP?
Our club memberships are ongoing and cancellation is not permitted before your first 12 months or your club membership minimum commitment is met (minimum 2 dozen). Cancellation requests must be received by email, phone or in person at our Cellar Door.
Wine club memberships can be paused for a delivery or for a maximum of 12 months at the discretion of Chrismont. Requests must be received prior to any wine club despatch dates.
IF I DO NOT REPLY TO THE EMAIL NOTIFICATION FOR MY UPCOMING CHRISMONT DELIVERY WILL I BE CHARGED FOR AND SENT WINE?
Yes. We will choose a selection based on your previous purchases and process to your provided payment details on or around the date specified in the email.
You will be notified by email at least twice (2) before we process the selection. We ask you to please make any changes required to your selection or delivery details during this time before processing the selection for delivery.
If you have not met your annual commitment, we will process your selection as per your membership details, and despatch to your address as listed.
ARE ALL WINES DISCOUNTED?
No. Our beautiful quality Casa range is already such good value and ideal for everyday drinking.
