Chrismont Wine Circle Frequently Asked Questions

Q	What makes the Chrismont Wine Circle different from other wine clubs?
A	The choice is yours. The Chrismont Wine Circle is 100% your own personal wine selection. Unlike other wine clubs, Chrismont offers you the freedom to choose exactly what wine you want, when you want it. Whether you choose from a pre-selected wine pack or design your own personalised selection, you always know what wine you'll receive.
Q	So I don’t have to order 12 bottles of the same wine?
A	Only if that’s what you want. At present, Chrismont ships in 12-bottle cases only; however, if you want one bottle each of 12 different wines from our portfolio, that is what we will ship. If you want 3 Riesling, 3 Sangiovese, 2 Rosato Mezzanotte and 4 Cabernet Sauvignon, we will ship that, too. As long as your selection adds up to 12/24/36 etc., we can accommodate it.
Q	When will I receive my wine?
A	Your Wine Circle selections are despatched on or about the third week of February, May, August or November. Most members should anticipate receiving their wine during the third or fourth week of these months.
Q	What if I won’t be home during my nominated months?
A	Wine Circle selections are despatched quarterly to allow for dedicated time to ensure your shipment arrives as you want it to. That being said, we’re flexible in that we allow you to request that we hold your shipment until such time as you’re home to receive it. If you desire, you may request to have the shipment delivered early, too.
Q	Can I pick up my wine at Cellar Door rather than have it shipped?
A	Certainly. We’re always glad to welcome you to Cellar Door.
Q	When will my savings start?
A	Once you have completed the Membership Form, including your wine selection, delivery month(s) and provided your credit card details, you will be afforded the savings commensurate with your subscription level.
Q	Will my savings only be on the wine club selection I’ve made?
A	No. Your savings benefit is in effect once your completed application has been received by Chrismont for all wine purchased from us, whether at cellar door or via phone, fax, email or web.
Q	How much will I pay for my Wine Circle shipment?
A	This depends on your wine selection. If you choose a different combination between packs, the price will change accordingly. It is inevitable that, from time to time, wine prices will change. All Wine Circle selections will be charged based on the cellar door price current at the time of dispatch. You may ring us or download the order form from our website for up-to-date pricing.
Q	Why aren’t all your wines listed on the membership form?
A	We have decided to remove Cabernet Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc and Late Harvest Riesling from our portfolio and no longer produce these wines. Cabernet Merlot and Sauvignon Blanc have sold out; however, a limited supply of Late Harvest Riesling remains and is available for purchase at your savings level.
